STP-PortFast

PortFast causes a switch or trunk port to enter the spanning tree forwarding state immediately, bypassing the listening and learning states also called the forwarding delay.
Enabled Globally and on port basis
Bypass the listening and learning states when port transitions from a disabled state and immediately transition to forwarding state.
Enabled globally ---if port is trunk, it will not take effect have to apply on the port
Incoming BPDU will reset the operational portfast state
Will not send TCN based BPDUs on a portfast enabled port
#spanning-tree portfast disabled(used when portfast is running as global and we want to exclude one of the interface)
